By accessing our website, submitting a form, or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

CC Styling Studio LLC provides permanent makeup, microblading, permanent eyebrows, lip blushing, permanent eyeliner, scalp micropigmentation, paramedical tattooing, scar and stretch mark camouflage, 3D areola reconstruction, faux freckles, hair color and styling, hair extensions, and custom tattoo services in Bradenton, Florida. All services are performed by trained professionals and are subject to availability, consultation, and the professional judgment of our artists.

3. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

• Appointments may be requested through our website or booking system but are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
• A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be applied toward your service.
• We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit or an additional fee.
• Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to accommodate other clients.

4. Health, Safety & Eligibility

Many of our services involve cosmetic tattooing and may not be suitable for everyone. By booking a service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or have valid parental/guardian consent where permitted).
• You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin conditions during your consultation.
• You understand the nature of the service, its risks, and the expected healing process.
• You agree to follow all provided pre-care and aftercare instructions.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service if we determine it is not safe or appropriate for you.

5. Results & No Guarantees

While we strive for excellent results, individual outcomes vary based on factors such as skin type, healing, aftercare, and lifestyle. Photographs, testimonials, and images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee similar results. Color retention and longevity of cosmetic tattooing cannot be guaranteed, and additional touch-up sessions may be required and may incur additional charges.
